The Challenge

Sales conversations contain valuable information, but capturing it manually is time-consuming and often inconsistent. The goal was to automatically convert every recorded sales call into accurate, structured lead data without interrupting the agent's workflow.

Scored Leads & Live Notifications

We developed a simple web application that allows agents to start customer calls by entering their phone number and the customer's number. The system automatically connects the call, records the conversation, and securely captures the discussion.

As soon as the call ends, AI analyzes the conversation, extracts important lead details, and generates a lead score to help agents identify the most promising opportunities. The lead summary is instantly displayed in the web application and shared with the agent via WhatsApp.

All captured leads are automatically saved in a live notifications dashboard, where new leads appear within seconds without refreshing the page. This gives the sales team a centralized place to track, review, and follow up on every opportunity.

The system handles calls instantly while AI processes the conversation in the background. Within seconds of the call ending, a structured lead summary is automatically generated and shared with the sales team.
