An AI-powered phone ordering system for The Masala Twist that answers customer calls, takes orders through natural conversations, calculates accurate pricing, and sends orders directly to the kitchen, without staff answering the phone.
The project included custom backend development, AI voice ordering integration, and mobile notifications, resulting in a live system that handles real customer orders every day.
What an Unanswered Phone Costs
